Sneakies Kitchen Conditions of Entry
By entering Sneakies Kitchen Homebush you agree to all Conditions of Entry. For the safety, security, comfort and enjoyment of all patrons and staff, the following Conditions of Entry apply to all visitors at Sneakies Kitchen Homebush.
Keeping everyone safe including our guests, employees and the broader community is our priority at Sneakies Kitchen. Entry is subject to strict compliance at all times with Sneakies Kitchen COVID-19 Safety Policy as applicable at the time of entry.
For the safety and security of all staff and guests, all persons’ movements within and around the premises are subject to video and audio monitoring and recording by security and surveillance systems, including constant CCTV (including facial recognition technology), audio and body worn video recording.
You consent to the use of your image for these purposes. Sneakies Kitchen collects from and may disclose your personal information to third parties, including its related bodies corporate, and law enforcement and other government agencies. Your personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Privacy Policy.
All tables have a time limit. This time limit may change as seen fit by staff and management. If you are approached by a staff member you must comply with directions.
You must not attempt to conceal your identity. Sneakies Kitchen staff may at any time request to see ID for the purpose of confirming your identity. You may be asked to leave the premises if you refuse to show your ID for this purpose.
You must comply with all lawful requests and directions made by Sneakies Kitchen staff.
Sneakies Kitchen reserves the right to inspect bags, packages and other items. Personal checks such as wanding may also take place. Sneakies Kitchen may refuse entry to or permission to remain at Sneakies Kitchen to any person who refuses to undergo a security check.
Sneakies Kitchen reserves the right to vary security screening requirements and prohibit any items at its discretion and without notice.
Without limiting the types of items which are not permitted at Sneakies Kitchen, you will not be permitted to enter or remain at Sneakies Kitchen if you are found to have in your possession any weapon of any kind.
If you cause a disturbance or, in the opinion of Sneakies Kitchen, engage in conduct that is indecent, violent, quarrelsome, likely to cause harm, inappropriate, dishonest, offensive, discriminatory, disruptive, threatening and/or intimidating to others, impairs the enjoyment, comfort or safety of any other person or is otherwise against the law, you may be asked to leave the premises.
If you are intoxicated or under the influence of an illicit substance you will not be permitted to enter or remain at Sneakies Kitchen.
If you are displaying extensive or excessive tattoos that could be considered offensive, threatening or divisive, you may not be permitted to enter or remain on the premises.
You must not interfere with or misuse any equipment or property within Sneakies Kitchen.
Sneakies Kitchen may refuse entry to or permission to remain at Sneakies Kitchen to any person at any time and for any reason, including any non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances. Sneakies Kitchen reserves the right not to accept any future bookings from you or any member of your party.
Sneakies Kitchen reserves the right to amend or alter these Conditions of Entry at any time and for any reason. Subject to Law, Sneakies Kitchen accepts no responsibility for any injury, death, damage or loss incurred by any person, either directly or indirectly, arising out of your visit to Sneakies Kitchen, and you release and discharge Sneakies Kitchen from any such liability, damage or loss.
